Project Overview
HYS Games is a fast-growing game studio with teams across the MENA region, publishing mobile and PC titles with millions of downloads and an upcoming flagship vehicle-combat game. They needed a web presence that matched their ambition and could support future announcements and hiring.

The Problem
Their previous website looked more like a generic studio page than a modern gaming brand.
- —No clear story about the studio's scale, locations, and flagship projects.
- —Weak structure for showcasing games, news, and recruitment.
- —Mobile experience felt secondary, despite most players and prospects discovering them on mobile.
- —Founders and partners could not quickly understand who HYS was, what they were building next, or why they should collaborate with them.
What We Did
Appstruct redesigned and rebuilt the HYS Games website end-to-end:
UX Structure
Defined a clear information hierarchy: studio story, flagship projects, game catalog, careers, and news. Designed flows that guide visitors from discovering the studio, to exploring games, to contacting or applying.
Visual Design
Created a bold, game-centric visual system aligned with their 'magical, high-octane experiences' brand. Modern typography, color, and layout make the site feel competitive with international game studios, not indie hobby sites.
Front-end Implementation
Built a responsive, performant front-end so the site feels smooth on desktop and mobile. Optimized key pages (home, games, careers) for fast load times and clear CTAs.
Results & Impact
The studio now has a web presence that reflects its actual scale and ambition, supporting partnerships, hiring, and press outreach.
Visitors can quickly understand who HYS Games is, explore flagship and upcoming projects, and take action (contact, apply, follow).
The mobile-first layout makes it easier for players and candidates discovering HYS on their phones to navigate and engage, instead of bouncing.
